Lol @ Chris' head again in the second pic. You need to play it at 30 fps to get the full effect.

Started recording again. I'm almost done with Chris now, just a couple more play throughs and I'm finished. But I realized I'll be needing enemy attack footage soon. I seem to recall enemies doing special attacks, can anyone recall them? Heres the ones I know about:
Hunters:
-Leaping swipe which cuts your head off, causes your body to go limp and fall backwards slowly.
Cerberus:
-Pounce, leading to your neck being ripped out as you struggle.
Chimeras:
-Jump on your back, then slice your neck.
And I seem to recall seeing Spiders holding onto you and killing you that way, as well as the Tyrant giving you a "Wesker" death. Can anyone think of any others? I've heard Gene and some other folks mention the Ticks in the Saturn version have and extending claw attack, but I've never seen it.Last edited by Dot50Cal; 04-01-2011, 11:38 AM.

It's either the arranged mode making enemies tougher and stronger....or Deadly Silence nerfed them in the classic mode, because arranged is giving me hell.

I've also been digging into the XAS files to make sure I'm not missing any scenes and I've found two that I have to encounter. They are:
VOICE1.XAS
Voice0009
-Barry and Jill in the Main Hall, he scolds jill about her going to the room he was to investigate. (During Wesker disappearance?)
VOICE1.XAS
Voice0015
-JILL FINDS STARS RADIO ON GROUND
VOICE5.XAS
Voice0000
-Rebecca says "Let me try using both at the same time, please give me a key" "Lets try, ready START" "Its open!"
VOICE5.XAS
Voice0004
-Rebecca meet in the catacombs? (maybe lab power room), sounds like she was attacked by something and came through another "draft hole" to escape (she sounds wounded, saying OUCH).
VOICE5.XAS
Voice0005 (this is most likely a continuation of 0004 scene)
-"By the way, where are we"~Rebecca - "it looks like a power room but im not sure!"~Chris -- Rebecca and chris talking about the triggering system (HOW DO YOU GET THIS!?)
Any ideas on how to trigger them (if they exist at all?)Last edited by Dot50Cal; 04-01-2011, 02:54 PM.

There are a lot of scenes/dialogues removed from the game itself, but still on the disk ( http://survivhor.biohazardfrance.net...ONS/index.html ). They are mostly removed either because they were redundant, terribly acted or the puzzle was removed/storyline changed.
Voice0009 - For me, this is like what Barry says when Jill try to exit the dining room for the second time. The result is that the gamer have a lot less freedom to look around.
Voice0015 - I don't remember this one. Do you mean that Barry gave her the radio? If yes, it was kinda redundant.
Voice0000 - My understanding of this one is that this dialogue/puzzle was either meant to leave the Mansion or trigger the final lab elevator back to life.
This puzzle has been removed from the game and reused, years later, at the end of Ø with Rebecca and Billy
Voice0004 +0005 - For me, they go together and explain both where Rebecca has been doing during the time she disappeared and how to introduce the triggering system of the lab. Nothing really major story-wise like. The way both things are explain in the game are good enough.Last edited by imacwesker; 04-01-2011, 03:02 PM.Bloodborne: my Facebook page and my Youtube page

0015 - Nope, it sounds like Jills variation of finding the Radio on the ground just before the hunter FMV sequence. Chris has this, if you let Richard die before giving him serum (wait 15 min) after meeting him with Rebecca at this side. I can't think of any way to activate this on Jill's scenario though.

barry pasbon is actually used in the saturn version ;) For some reason, they went with a more subdued tone for him.
barry radio is in the game too, if you let richard die, barry gives it to you when yawn makes a hole in the ground before being lowered into the hole with barrys rope.
reb radio is in game as well, if you let richard die after seeing him with rebecca (wait for the time to expire), she will give it to you when you see her after Plant 42.
I only looked through the XAS files, but those are what Ive found. Everything else but the ones I mentioned I've come across in-game, so they could very well still be in there somewhere. Though I do agree with you on the rebecca "lets start" thing, it sounds like some kind of dual key turn to unlock some door. Probably removed since I cant think of how they would fit that in. Maybe an alternate way to enter the morgue in the labs? That one locked door that requires you to enter through the airshaft in the poison gas operating room. Some of the ones on Survivhor I haven't come across, so they probably weren't in the .XAS archives, so that reduces the likelyhood they are actual scenes.
Edit: I'm uploading a video with the audio samples I'm talking about. Maybe someone knows how to trigger them.Last edited by Dot50Cal; 04-01-2011, 03:20 PM.

Something I've always wondered about RE1. You know the cutscene with first zombie you encounter, there's two versions, one where the head falls off and rolls on the floor, and a cut version where the zombie just turns around and looks at you. Which versions do these belong to? I remember years ago I had Sega Flash Vol.5 for the Sega Saturn and on it it showed the uncut sequence (was a video demo), yet I never noticed this in any PAL retail version I played. Whether it was in Directors Cut, I can't remember, I don't think my friends ever remembered seeing it outside of that demo... I was just playing beta 01/31 and to my surprise (or not surprise to be quite honest) it has the uncut FMV.Last edited by Guest; 04-01-2011, 03:33 PM.

What I wrote about Rebecca and Barry radio files is that these ones are different from the ones used in the game. Now, I didn't play RE1 in ages so if you say that they are identical to the ingame ones, then I must have made a mistake.
I have extracted all the sounds from the Biohazard videogame CD, and asked Ada (from BHFR) to convert them from Wav into MP3. I assume I did it using Yuri on my XP partition - Yuri or some kind of emulator, as Wav is a Windows PC format. But I did it in 2004-2005 and just don't remember today if I went through the .XAS archives or something else.Bloodborne: my Facebook page and my Youtube page

Apparently it was a screw up on Capcom US's part (Director's Cut). The game had to be changed for some copyright and or localization reasons, and they accidentally put the old cutscenes back in when they submitted it to the ESRB. By the time someone noticed it was already on store shelves, lol. They tried to make up for it by putting up the uncut intro on the official site, but it was ages ago and I dont think anyone has a copy of what they posted anymore.
Jerome, heres those scenes:
