While Leon is FAR from my favorite RE character, I agree.
    Mass production? Ridiculous!

    • I chose Chris. Hes got a lot of emotion, hes tough and unlike leon he hasnt changed too much in personality (id like to say he hasnt turned into a super agent but anyone who has played RE5 would see how wrong such a statement is lol).

      • Chris... a lot of emotion? He doesn't have much of a personality IMO, altough RE5 showed a bit more of his "personality" than in past games.

        • The only real emotion Chris ever showed was "GOTTA GET UMBRELLA NAO." In RE5, it was different because it became even more personal than ever with Wesker. First, Wesker killed his friends. Then, he messed with his sister. And in RE5, he messed with Chris's woman. RE5 was the most emotion we ever really saw from Chris, when he ditched the 'wet mop' personality for the CAPTAIN JUSTICE personality.

That line had me rolling around laughing. Next thing I was expecting from him was, "And do you get your clothes from the Matrix?! COD >C"

            • I think my favorite line in RE5 was during the Wesker battle in the hangar, although you have to wait quite a while to hear it...

              Sheva: "This guy's lost it!"
Chris: "He never had it to begin with."

              • Barry is my favorite, when he showed up it gave me a break from all the scares, an all the lines he had made chuckle.

yea i forgot to mention that i meant RE5 chris lol he is pretty dull in the earlier games. In RE5 i think he has a lot more character and emotion.

                  • I chose Claire. She may have not been the overall 'best' character, but she seemed the most real, other than the fact she was... well... *can't think of adjective* in the CV/x intro.

                    • I chose "other" because my favorite would have to be Nemesis. I suppose he'd be male.

I like him because he was scary. He creeped me out every time I saw him, and that doesn't happen often for me.

                        • Chris Redfield by far. While he never really seemed to show emotion, I do like how he was a fatherly figure to Rebecca, Jill, and Claire. The way he protected his sister was really awesome too. He seemed to have a strong sense of responsiblility and he was fearless. Even though Wesker beat the crap outta him, he kept getting back up and coming for more.

                            • I first read your post, Stu, and thought "Is the guy above him talking about Barry? I guess some co..." then I saw Chris Redfield and...

How was he like a fatherly figure to any of the girls?

                              • I think i can almost understand being one to Rebecca, as in there might be a nurturing side to her that i must've missed. Claire, fatherly/brotherly love can be the same...

                                But yeah, Jill?!
