To answer and close my own question, it looks like it's this body, I think I'll pass since his costume's probably tailored for gigantasize chest making the option of changing his body for one that's more articulated an impossibility:

I have most of the figures from the 10th anniversary line (Chris, Jill, zombie, tyrant, licker, hunter), but there's no way I'm spending that much for a figure, no matter how good it looks.
