It's definitely not the voice of Nemesis, it seems like a beta version of the American and Japanese intro voice -the one that plays after you select a new game-. Where did this come from?

lol..ha ha.....omg....its very easy do do this....
example:extract the soundfiles from the biohazard 1 trial with the programm "PSound".if you want to hear the sound, you hear the same "bioooohazradddd" as in the video, because you have to edit some things. You can edit the sound faster of slower by editing the "Sample Rate".
What a fake!!
yeah it's the standard japanese "title calling" wich its played at 44100hz (or 32000)ingame but extracted at 22050hz with PSound, that's why it sounds much slower. I'm not sre but I think there are 2 of them: one for left channel and the other for right channel
"And now we have a rather
unfortunate turn of events..."</RE3 jk>
I just re-checked, and yeah, that sound is in the .wav sounds Robert ripped from the RE3 promo disc... so, that makes it legit, I guess. We'll never know why the developers made a fast and slow version of the title voice though.
