It'd be unfair to penalize him because he has a language barrier and it's obvious he doesn't know why people were getting annoyed. I've spoken to him and he's agreed to keep it in one thread and not keep making new topics about it, so anyone who doesn't want to read what he has to say just has to avoid the topic, and he can still post his news. Everyone's happy.
