Wasn't the type 2 plagas more easily controllable without a control plaga? Because I think in one of the memos they stated it was another feature that would make it more suitable to be weaponized.

the idea of the t-virus into the plagas is scary its like the plagas cant die O: and if you destry the host the monster comes out and tries to gain controll over another monster its like something out of a sluggy syfi movie
