Like Alexia, her blood catches fire when it comes into contact with the air, and she uses this ability to help Leon and Krauser defeat the Javier/Veronica Plant monster. As for the first boss, that's Manuela's mother, Hilda. The song Manuela sings is one her mother would sing to her when she was afraid of the dark as a child.
When her mother contracted a fatal disease, in desperation Javier used the T-Virus as a last resort treatment. It eventually transformed her into that monster. When Manuela contracted the same disease, Javier tried using the T-Veronica Virus instead.
As for how Javier got the T-Veronica Virus, I was wrong.
Spoiler:
It turns out Wesker was the one who sold Javier the T-Veronica Virus. Unless a file answers this question, it's never explained how or why Javier got in contact with a former Umbrella researcher, if it wasn't to obtain a sample of the T-Veronica Virus. Maybe it was to aid in his research into the T-Virus and T-Veronica Virus?
Wesker's profile mentions that he sold the virus to Javier for a large sum of money and a share in Javier's business dealings, and it says that Wesker's reasons for doing this are unknown (possibly as part of his search for Spencer?).
As a side note, one of the files from Operation: Javier is a fax from Wesker to Javier, and at one point in it, he mentions an "Asian woman" who he says works for Umbrella and that she should be dealt with carefully. I can't imagine this being anyone other than Ada, but that begs the question, why would Wesker say, or think, that she works for Umbrella?

Nope. You just see him standing on a cliff watching the burning remains of the Javier/Veronica Plant monster through a pair of fancy binoculars. Then he puts on his sunglasses and walks away.

In one of the reviews it mentions a secret scenario for RE2 part. They even said it's something fans will like. There should be a sub-scenario... I mean why would they lie?

It's never really explicitly explained. It's suggested that she's able to stay human because Javier constantly provides her with new internal organs. This is why all of the young girls were being kidnapped: to find suitable organ donors for the transplants.

In all likelihood, they were just referring to the Tofu minigame.

Well atleast in CV, looked like if Alexia choiced to transform, not that she couldnt resist a mutation. For what I have seen of her in DSC, she also choiced it

And again thanks for answering all questions! How you like DSC as a whole? On a 10 scale, how much you can give it and what's your favorite scenario?

What are the file details for the Code: Veronica Hunter II, Sweeper and Tyrant T-078? Any details on them AT ALL?
Also, no Albinoids I assume? Its like the only creature not there.PROJECT Umbrella - The BIOHAZARD/RESIDENT EVIL Compendium

As for how I liked the game, it's a marked improvement from The Umbrella Chronicles, which, granted, isn't saying a whole lot. I'm not sure what I would give it on a 10 point scale, but I'm probably leaning around the 7 mark. My favorite scenario is really a toss up at this point between RE2 and Javier.

I have yet to unlock the enemy bios for the Sweeper and Tyrant T-078, but the Hunter II does mention that it was created by a rival corporation, and that they seem to be linked to a "certain individual."
