REmake Ripped snd files? (complete OST)

I found this while searching for some tool that could convert/play REmake snd files

Does somebody here have this pack with the ripped OST directly from the GameCube. The links are dead...
It seems it has better quality than the original OST and it includes the missing tracks! So, tecnically I'm not asking for something official

Or at least... how can I do it by myself?

I have another petition:

Somebody post here (or in bioflames) an AR code that made a beta track to sound in a specific room of the mansion... but it was a few years ago...

Does somebody have that Action Raplay code? With that I think I could rip by myself all the OST directly from the game and get it in better quality than the official CD
