    Nah, at most they would've used the original template. There are a lot more cop zombies in the game.

        I guess not, capcom does have a history of reusing things but in this case it doesn't seem that way. I think they have put a lot of effort into this game and can't wait to get this game in three weeks.

          I believe Leon and Ada models are reused from RE4's alternate costumes...but other than that, from what I observed everything is made from the ground up.

            While Ada does look exactly like her RE4 Mercenaries character (the could have at least remove those straps so she would really look like a civilian :/), Leon looks a little bit different; if they really took his RE4 model, they definitely tweaked it here and there.

              Claire's seems similar to her Degeneration model. They probably just changed a few things, though.

                  Reusing models for Leon, Claire and Ada makes perfect sense. Why would they redo them? What I want is more variation in zombie models and time spent on brand new environments. I'm glad to see Outbreak recycled. Still, Outbreak has nowhere near enough zombie variety to begin with, it's near always the same damn 4 or so models. More! More!!!

                    In Flashback it was the same zombie over and over! The horror!
                    Mass production? Ridiculous!

                      It was 2 variants, their accessories aren't mixed and matched the same. The zombies in Decisions Decisions drive me nuts. None of them look like students or school staff. Anyway, hurray, another discussion successfuly warped into an Outbreak one!

                          But all games developers reuse models and re-texture them etc.
                          It makes the process much easier, faster and its also cheaper.

                          It also takes up memory making individual models. E.g..Enemies. They re-use enemy models with in the game because then they can call upon one model and basically copy and paste it anywhere they wish with out it using extra memory.

                          Its just more effeciant =]

                            I think the only lazy thing in terms of the zombies is the fact that Capcom have used the same death animations as RE4 (you know, when they fall down, how they drop to one knee and then on their face). RE5 is guilty of this too.
