Darkside Report?

Isn't there suppose to be a Darkside report that was suppose to come with the game, like Wesker's report?

It comes with the Japanese version of the game in January. You can find it on www.play-asia.com

i got import version of UC that came with it, its mostly its a connects all the story together fill you you on half of everything.
