The criteria for the unlockables in the game (possible spoiler)

so this means in game of oblivion 7 i need..

to get 10 headshots before steve,otherwise i fail
to toss grenades/rockets in the fireplace and roaches so i move faster and get tons oscore

kill tentacles and steve fast

the main problem is alexia however, sg works good on her first form but for second i need grenades..and for launcher i need to wait till she use the spine needle or come at me..blah

I spend all my money on upgrading the hand gun, so it has a B rank power. I just keep spamming it at her weak spot (1st & 2nd form). As for the last flying form i didn't want to take the risk so i slow her down by depeting her life bar then use the launcher.

If you get a B in headshot I think you can make up for it by getting S rank in other criteria (points etc)

Alfred bio is indeed in hard mode only as you stated...and I've located Manuela too. The exact locations for them are in the OP now. It seems these 2 characters can't be found in normal mode.

I've also uploaded photos of all the costumes for the game in the 2nd post of the topic.

Actually, I found Manuela in Normal mode, but I'm sure you can't get Alfred in
normal mode...been trying. xD

I haven't had time to play the game much, I still haven't beaten the CV portion
of the game. Hopefully I can get some time to play, today.

So even if you're killing them by shooting them in the head, it doesn't count as a headshot, because they're heads don't explode.

Also, for a minor update to this thread, I'm pretty sure the second phone call is in the hall to Iron's Dungeon (one of the lights). I think it's one of the first ones in the room.

could be for easy and normal,but on hard it wont kill them. hell even an s+ magnum[and why the fuck i upgraded that rare-ammo-shit-weapon is beyond me]. wont kill zombies in 1 shot . but i finally got s on normal and steve/alexia so who care haha

The only one I remember specifically where I got it was in the room where you get the Devil vaccine. As you're about to enter the room, on the right, there's a table with some files stacked on it. It's on that table. Another one, I'm pretty certain, is located in the hall you go through before and after you face Mr. X in the blast furnace. The one with all of the destructible panels on the walls. There's a ton of Umbrella icons in that hall alone.

still dont have alexia or steve enemy....i think it might have to do with the score on hard or normal becuase theres no way i missed an icon with the damage i dealt to that stage..unless its in one of the 50 lights in alexia battles =/

I had 17/24 archives items in Game of Oblivion ch. 7 before I finished it on hard with an S rank, and got everything else for beating it, including Steve monster and all of Alexia's forms. As far as the icons go, I know there are two in the Alexia boss fight room:

-In a light on the wall on the left side of the room; near the shotgun on the elevated platform
-In the light directly above the linear launcher on the right of Alexia

Also, it appears that ratings can be "stacked" in this game. For example, I had finished numerous chapters on hard mode with an A rank, but when I went back to the chapter select screen with the glass pieces, it displayed an S rank for the chapters in question. This is the only conclusion I have come to regarding this matter.

Also, I unlocked all but one Archive item in the final chapter of Game of Oblivion by getting an S rank. I'm thinking maybe I missed one during the Alexia fight, but the ones I unlocked for getting an S rank were Chris' Sheriff costume and the corresponding character bio, the Steve Monster bio, all three Alexia forms bios, and Alexia's choker item.
