Clearly not Ashley but rather the unrevealed girl from 3.5, compare it to the prerendered shot. The model is nearly identical to it, right down to the scarf.

The model uses Ashley's face texture or should I say ashley uses its texture (though slightly altered) making me believe that both are "Ashley".
