Carlos from RE3 in Outbreak

Rusty extracted models from RE3 and revealed Carlos as an NPC in Outbreak. Has anyone seen this before? We obviously skipped playable model digits.

Or it could belong to a different set that's not loaded from the same range as what you load as playable skins.

Curiously interesting either way, I suppose. Especially if this is something you haven't seen before.

Probably were hidden somewhere and not made playable. Shame there was no Mikhail or Outbreak file 3.

I never realized how ridiculous some of the enemies from Outbreak looked, like the neptune and that "demon" tyrant. Also, what's with the fat guy?!

Oh Cool! We finally get to see the giant Shark and the Fat Blob textured. There's 2 sets of characters, VirusPunk. There's a set of low poly ones and then there's a set of high poly ones which include many many characters that never show up. Idk if he'll find the textures for those.

And yeah, Carlos looks more like Kevin in an UBCS costume to me.
