I must say I am pleasantly suprised that Eternal Darkness made it on there. I love that game and I think it's very underrated, I'd heard nothing of it before I picked it up second hand at a store in 2002. Nice to see it recognized for once. I agree with a lot of what's on there as well, including Resi 4.

No one else is going to give this list any credit...so i will...but fair play to them for bothering going as far back as to include so many retro titles! Legend Of Zelda in number one when so many people feel it's not even the best Zelda game, let alone best EVER game?
At least they're doing something different from the usual Ocarina Of Time, Super Mario World, Metal Gear Solid, Half Life 2 and Resident Evil 4 scenarios. It's about as broad a list as you're probably likely to find right now!

lol wut?
It's not even first on the NES.
And Starcaft @ #35 is the reason that I think that this list is shit. There's a whole host of others, but that's the most jarring.sigpic

Quit the numbers and I would agree. There are some great games in that list, giving them priority is not fair, all the "greatest game ever" list is utter crap, I'd rather have a list evaluated with games according to their respective era.
There's no way I could compare TLoZ NES with MGS4 PS3. It's just wrong.Last edited by Beanovsky Durst; 12-10-2009, 10:16 PM.
