Jill was supposed to meet Chief Irions ?

jill had met the chief irons on resident evil 3 on ps1
on the beta game i believe.
maybe its a rumor or its was supposed on the retail game ?
can someone give me some informations ?

I think it was better off having this removed since it would of caused a few issues on the matter like with Rebeca back then when she's not seen in the picture. Still nice to look at the old artwork and the other epilogues from 3 however.
