Did Wesker obtain his power before or after the mansion? I always figured that something happened when Tyrant gutted him.

true that. plus probably someone was like 'i really hope a team of stars members comes in here and *spoiler alert, for them who haven't played yet. Nubs* Wesker tries to get rid of them' lol Mission accomplished for the decorator and architect

The details are sketchy and debatable.

        Obvious spoilers below.

The jist of it is that Wesker injected himself with "something" Birkin gave him. This "something" resurrected him after he was shafted by the tyrant. He wakes up with increased strength and the self destruct timer starts counting down. He fights his way through the mansion, encounters a vengeful Lisa Trevor, and escapes through the mansion's front door.

I like to think that Wesker injected himself before being "killed" by the Tyrant, but that the Tyrant did not actually impale him (as seen in the Remake and Umbrella Chronicles). Why? Because nothing you inject yourself with would be able to repair the severed spinal cord that would inevitably result from such damage. I wish the canon said that he was flung aside (like in Jill's game if Barry is killed by Lisa), was "revived" by Birkin's magic formula, and escaped the room during the battle between Jill and/or Chris and the Tyrant.

It was featured in the Rebirth scenarios in Umbrella Chronicles. It was revealed that Wesker encountered Lisa twice, and ultimately killed her.

            Mass production? Ridiculous!

To be honest, I never actually thought she died. In my imagination, she escaped the mansion (or probably survived it, even after the explosion), and, due to her injuries, mutated. Guessing she's probably still in Arklay, living in the caves and woods, ripping off the faces of slutty-teens who risk the adventures of the Arklay Mountains!

Speaking of which, what about the infected animals in the Arklay Mountains? Wouldn't they have run off to kill and infect more? Maybe they stayed around long enough for the nuke (or the radiation stemming off of it) to kill 'em. Maybe the government was being all super awesome and eradicated them all? Maybe they quarantined all of Arklay. Huh. Another suspicious thing.

I also like to think Lisa survived. Sure the self destruct killed everything in the mansion, but Lisa is tougher than that. I even drew a picture of a crimson-head mutated Lisa.

^ Yup. My fan-fiction is going out of control with my crazy-ass ideas. Yeah, I have a soft spot for Lisa. She didn't deserve any of it.

I've seen your pictures before (nice, btw) and a post-V-act Lisa would be awesome.

                    Sorry for the off-topic.

Back on topic: Jill surviving a rocket to the face. IIRC, she could survive a rocket (if in good health) from Nemmy. Amirite? If so, wtf Jill? Terminator, much?

I figured Lisa was killed alongside of everything else when the nuke dropped.

Chief Irons makes everyone relieve themselves in the main hall fountain at the same time.

It's weird that in Code Veronica X that there are metal detectors, but a backdoor to get around it. It's not like it's a tourist attraction.

or that like the whole time you walk through the island, there is like only one building with a cell in the basement and that's the one you start in. and that's all thats in there.
