Its not that. A floor is flat. I wouldn't see an office having a sharply sloping floor which is not even hinted at in the BGs. Marvins office is at least half a person higher (if not a full players height) than the waiting room yet their service windows are at the same height. One should be half height in the floor with the RPD staff crawling on the floor to speak to Joe public. The two rooms can't physically meet at the same level.

Ya know, this could be due to the fact that Capcom may have rushed getting things into place and it just completely slipped their mind. You also gotta take into consideration how the devs felt after the time they spent on 1.5, must have been annoying to start all over again, at least for the RPD.

I thought there was an initial leak throughout the arklay Mansion and they didn't bother telling everyone that it was the T-Virus. Then they just changed. As shown in that guys diary.

also the leeches were the train and training center, not the mansion, no leeches where around

Leeches were infected by Marcus himself, and they fucked up everyone in the mansion and then RE0 happened where they attacked the train, thereby leaving the mansion.

Rats drank the virus once Birkin was gunned down and injected himself. When he was attacking people, the vials shattered and the rats had a field day.
