Anyone new to the series should try to play the first three games. I let my cousin borrow my copies after he played RE 4 for gamecube. Also after my friends brother beat 5 and was interested in the original games and told him to hit up the first three.Last edited by Stars1356; 01-13-2010, 02:36 PM.

The only ones I haven't played are Dead Aim & Outbreaks, since I didn't have a PS2, something I'll fix sooner or laterLast edited by Beanovsky Durst; 01-13-2010, 07:19 PM.

It all depends on how you play it. For instance, RE3 has a HUGE difference between easy and hard...no normal for this game, even though Normal was usually the hard option. Easy is just...well to easy. You get the machine guns and all that crap, ammo galore, etc. So when I decided to replay it for the first time in years a few months back, I decided to do hard mode and I made it all the way to the clock tower before I got my ass handed to me by Nemesis 1.5. Before than, I had barely gotten past numerous Nemesis encounters on the way to the tram, in one instance killing him with literally, the last bullet I had. Once you learn to dodge his charges and always stay on a certain side of his body so he can't hit you with the active arm, it's not too bad. However, by the time I fought him in his 1.5 version at the clock tower, I had like 12 bullets and a mine launcher. Needless to say, he owned me several times before I put game back in it's case. Now the water puzzle...gah.Last edited by REmaster; 01-21-2010, 07:01 PM."One can only match, move by move, the machinations of fate... and thus defy the tyrannous stars."

Yea, RE3 had alot of good unique ideas such as making your own ammo, 180 turn, etc. Sure don't make em like they used to."One can only match, move by move, the machinations of fate... and thus defy the tyrannous stars."
