New B.O.W

If another B.O.W was created, what would it look like, what would be it's name, origin, and name? Add a description of what it would look like too.

I would like to see a monster with Nemesis-like strength and stamina. Only it would have a claw like Tyrant from RE1. It would have the intellectual power of a genius and a hard shell impregnable to bullets. The only way it would be killable is with a sword or knife. The monster would be 8 feet tall and look just like a human, setting aside it's giant claw. It's origin would be a mentally insane man whose past is unknown. In the game documents left by Wesker would tell of that man's identity, piece by piece.

IMO, something small and agile. Similar to the 'Abubis' from DSC, except it relies more on stealth than pure offensiveness. I picture them small, maybe the size of half a person, but with long, knotted hair covering their faces, which is basically a mouth with rows of teeth (kinda like the new enemy in RE5: AE's Lost In Nightmares secnario). Pale, stubby, but each of their hands has at least one finger, elongated or clawed. Point is, they're imperfect. Like, maybe TriCell (or God knows what other company) tried to make a new B.O.W., but failed, and dumped 'em out. But then, they reproduced (HOLY SHIT! alá Licker Beta from RE5).

edit: Oh! And a female Tyrant (we all know how Morpheus turned out, lol). Like, maybe at first, it's just a stalker-type enemy (like Mr. X before he mutated to the all-mighty tyrant-ness of a giant clawed monster). I'd see her as a slightly tall figure, maybe 6-6.5 ft tall, dressed in black clothing (nothing too special, like Mr. X's or Nemesis' clothing) to hide what's beneath. She'd wield an axe, too (kinda like the Executioner from RE5, or that one guy from Outbreak file #2). Let's say she's injured, by fire or heavy artillery. Then' she'd mutate and go ape-shit. I'd imagine her as a female version of Mr. X's mutated form (both hands clawed, muscles showing), except, obviously, less buff and a little shorter. I guess hair (post-mutation) is optional. Also, if she's nude (post-mutation), she's nude. I know most Tyrants were clothed and such, IIRC, but, imo, it'd give off a sense of realism. Not everyone is completely decent after their clothes were burned off and that they mutated the fuck out of themselves.

i think the new B.O.W. would have huge wings. they wouldn't be for flying though they would fold up around it and protect it when endanger. and it would be super fast and be able to slide like a ninja.

Attributes:

Description: Brown colored, natural armor covers back, humanoid shape, 5 feet tall, four 8in claws on each hand
Tactics: It curls into a ball for defensive purposes, while running it will curl into a ball and roll for a short distances to create a smaller impenetrable target and avoid harm. Will ambush targets with vicious attacks, but go on the defensive if threatened. Identifies targets with implanted control chip. It can be curled into a ball and programed to activate at a set time or remotely. This allows it to be hidden in a location and activated at the sound of an alarm as a defense mechanism, or even delivered to the enemy. Is extremely resistant to light firearms, fire, and explosions.

LOL an armadillo...that's actually pretty brilliant. claws, armor, kind of like a curled up hunter lol. That idea is better than some of the ones I've seen in the game*Centipede, leeches, moth*
