I'm actually not surprised Support Outbreak is winning. Capcom Unity has its fair share of Outbreak devotees, many of whom used to belong to the now-defunct Resident Evil Control Squad fansite Capcom used to run (before closing it and turning it into Capcom Unity). Ah, memories.

I think it's a bit nice that the Outbreak Support site made it in. Anything inorder to hopefully resurrect Outbreak!

I suppose most of the sites there have "earned it", through things such as strongly supporting/promoting the franchise, building communities, etc.

Even if that was the case, it can be seen as a clever plot to convince CAPCOM to deliver another Outbreak. Honestly, I think a 4+ man COOP RE would be far, far better for the RE community than the most retarded PvP game I have ever seen in my life which was the RE5 multiplayer mode.

In the long run, all things considered, if THIA has to be left out for Outbreak 3 to be brought into consideration, then the tradeoff is hugely in your favour. As a Resident Evil fan. And even if you hated the Outbreaks in SP mode, as many did, its MP mode offered a shitload of hours of entertainment and brought something to console-only players which weve enjoyed for years.

As such, my vote goes for Outbreal Support site, and not for PU. Even though purely as a site, PU is of course phenomenal.

Personally i'm of the belief that if Capcom are going to step back into time and go old school, then they should be going back to stuff like REmake, not stuff like failed experiments like the Outbreak games...oooh i've done it now! haha

Like i said, this will only be a catalyst for the Outbreak psychos to have a renewed push for an Outbreak game. If an Outbreak game is going to come, it's going to take more than a poll on a blog surely?

New Resident Evil games will come along, we know that, so i'd rather something like this be used to give props to the likes of PU or Biohaze who work throughout the year to provide THE ENTIRE community with great content, and not just a glorified list of demands of demands.

Not to mention, like i've said before, it's a ridiculous list of demands anywhere. I mean really, talk about pushing your luck.

Suppose i should just point out that i do understand WHY Outbreak fans would be voting for Support Outbreak, it's just that i don't agree with it. And no, i don't think EVERY person voting for Support Outbreak is a psycho either.
