cut-scene at beginning of game wii-REbirth

Where the zombie starts getting up and is then shot in the head before the main menu, is that some where in the game? cuz i played through it and never seen it. did i miss it? if an answer make sure its marked as spoiler for people who haven't played.

I don't think it's any kind of attainable cut scene apart from the opening. But, it's cool and creepy as hell. That would be a good cut scene for the morgue area in the lab.

Anybody have a video of this so called cutscene? I only own the GC version (don't have the money at the moment for the Wii version), and this cutscene sounds very interesting.

It's on the GC version, since well the Wii version is the GC version with wiimote controls.

Really? As far as I remember, there was no such cutscene in the main menu. Maybe I'll have to dig through to find the GC version, then. Haven't played in, like, a year, and am only going by memory.

That seem's like an odd thing to cut out of the game. I don't recall anything else being cut.

I think the scene is actually an homage to Zombi 2.

Theres a scene in Zombi 2 where a zombie in a body bag or something sits up and gets shot in the head.

No but in the original there's a morgue you go through a ventilation opening after you solve the gas poison puzzle with the stairs and boxes you find a key code note in that room irc, I don't know if that's in the remake as I haven't completed it yet.

It's nowhere to be found within the game, and plays after you start-up the disc. Somewhere before or after the "this game features explicit gore" statement.

I guess it's supposed to be like the scene shown in the original RE1, where Chris is walking down the hallway and then the camera jumps at him and blood splatters before the title "RESIDENT EVIL" is displayed.

It's on both GC and Wii versions of the game. But it's not actually in the game itself if that makes any sense.
