This is including all three versions that I have, and the first time I played it at my friends house on his version of Resident Evil Director's cut.
What?! I thought those versions never exists....! If you're telling the truth, then can you post some screenshots about you playing the US uncut version of Resident Evil, RE: DC, and RE: DC Dual Shock?

Yeah, I probably could. I'm pretty sure we still have them laying around here somewhere.

Nah, All the US versions of Resident Evil on Playstation and Saturn are definitely cut, so you must be mistaken. It does not show Kenneths head drop to the floor. It shows him being eaten yeah, but the clip where it shows his head fall and roll on the floor is cut.
The scene where Joseph is mauled is by the zombie dogs is heavily censored in the US & PAL versions too.
Resident Evil on PC in the US is uncut though.

I have played them all, PAL, US & Japanese versions. The only console versions that are uncut are the Japanese versions and the German release of Directors Cut(and the French version of DC is uncut too i've heard, but i've yet to confirm that).
Theres is also a fan made mod of the US Dual Shock Edition for Playstation that someone did where they replaced the censored FMV's and B&W intro with the uncensored FMV's and the uncensored colour intro from the PC version.

There's a hacked version of RE: Director's Cut for the PSX floating around the internet that includes the uncensored movies. The group responsible simply removed the existing censored movies and replaced them with their widely-available uncensored counterparts.

I have this, but I'm new around here and I'm pretty sure revealing my source here in the forums wouldn't be tolerated. Sorry guys - just do a little legwork and you should find it.

                    I just said that

They used the colour uncut intro from the PC version. Pretty decent quality too, other than it seems to cut off a second too early at the end, just before it says "Resident Evil", and it starts about 12 seconds too late. It starts at the "Alpha Team Were Flying..." point instead of starting with "1998, July, Racoon Forest". I'm guessing they had to cut it slightly for it to work.

And good job you didn't post a link, since its piracy and not allowed on this forum.

                    And for comparisons sake...

The censored intro from the US Directors Cut, complete with new crappy music:

The uncensored colour intro from Resident Evil PC:
Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

And the original, uncensored intro from the Japanese Biohazard.
"I got a shotgun! Duh, Duh, Du Du Du..."
Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Ah, you're right. Sorry for the redundancy.

Man, I just watched the uncensored version just as a little refresher. It's hilariously bad, but I love it! The GC remake is one of the best games in the series IMHO, and Capcom outdid themselves with the new features, but I never get tired of how horrid the voice acting is in the first RE. It's just a classic piece of RE culture.

I agree. And don't ya just love that cheesy song on the Japanese version

And theres some more cheesy J-Pop on this early Biohazard Promo Video that was included with Street Fighter Zero for the Playstation:

And for those interested, heres the Censored Promo Video for Resident Evil that was released in the UK. I have this video on a demo myself:

I don't know, try looking up and seeing if I did. Ah, I haven't posted since I last said I probably could, so I guess I didn't.

Yeah, it shows Kenneth's head rolling to the floor from the view behind the zombie I believe. That scene I'm pretty sure about, but I'm positive about Chris smoking. If they were Japanese versions, they would be called Biohazard, wouldn't they?
