How to play Lost in Nightmares?

How do I play Lost in Nightmares for RE5? I downloaded the DLC, installed it... but I can't find it on the game.

Do I have to play through the regular game, or is it somehow available without playing partially through the game? Thanks.

Play Game > Extra Content

Something like that anyway, then choose Lost In Nightmares.
