My apologies if I've posted this in the wrong place, however I thought this was quite interesting - and decided to post it after a request to do so.

Spoiler:
Now, there's also a little photo for the Umbrella Investment Corporation (mind you, the photo appears to have a slightly warm filter on it, so the colour looks a little off).
Spoiler:
Colour is slightly different, but it's pretty much the inverted colour of the standard Umbrella Corp logo. (Not to mention they've got land a bit closer to Raccoon One of them pointing to Quick Stop #30 as well as other pieces of land that I haven't been able to locate exactly).
Not to mention, Tricell (a communications company, however there are other ones, such as there is also an Umbrella Financial Corporation floating around)... being located in Toronto. When you have a little look at the map via Google Maps OR Google Earth, it looks quite interesting.
Now, I'm not sure if it's just me - but I personally find this quite ironic and somewhat interesting (especially with some of the interesting things you can find on State Highway 1441 that also connects to Raccoon Road), this particular location may look like a town but due to the number of residents it has, it is actually classified as a city.
My apologies if this is in the wrong section, just after having seen a few of the "What if Raccoon city was real, where would it be... etc" types of topics and having a few people suggest sharing this after I followed up the initial spot on a map I had been going over.
Personally, I think it's an interesting little topic - considering that the maps in the Umbrella Chronicles made me remember spotting Pikeville County, and well... Raccoon. ; Although, it is practically on the boarder, there is another Raccoon in Indiana, but as I haven't been able to find much information about it and/or see much... The location there makes Raccoon really a mid-western US location.
Mind you, there are actually a few other places - such as a small off-shore military base when translated from the local language a nickname for it is Rockfort.
Of course, just a bit ironic (although, extremely interesting to myself) with real locations having names/nicknames used within the series.
