Kneel and Shoot

So I playing re3 with Nicholai other day and Nemesis whipped me from under my feet with his tenticle, I then proceded to do a dodge animation on his next attack and from this dodge animation you could kneel and shoot at the same time, i've never seen it before the same thing happens in the custom beta of re4 http://www.the-horror.com/index.php?...opage&game=re4 during the mining area where leon has the 3.5 power slow down effect.

I've had this happen a few times to me. Always bad news when it does > <. You can dodge hunter swipes with it. Problem is you often roll into other enemies or into a corner and get ganked hard. I think Jill can do it too - using the samurai edge. Not sure if Carlos can do it with his pistol.

I read a guide which says to do it you need to have your pistol lowered, then mash R1 + attack + down as an enemy attacks. I haven't had much success doing it this way though.

I've done it with Carlos in Mercenaries, but only against Hunters. I don't know how I do it, it just happens sometimes when I attempt a normal dodge, I guess it's all to do with positioning and how the Hunter attacks.

I've done it with Jill while fighting Nemesis with the handgun he drops.
