Haven't installed it yet to check for in-game differences but this demo is bigger than the PC Gamer one, it contains a STAGE4 folder as well a theme.zip.

Pu.avi = Uncut colour prologue, has burn't in german subtitles. - This demo.
Pu.avi = Censored black and white prologue, no subtitles. - PC Gamer
DM3.AVI = Uncensored Kenneth head drop. - This demo.
DM3.AVI = Censored Kenneth head drop, extra few frames clipped off. - PC Gamer.

It's also a day later than the PC Gamer one.

Just been browsing your ps1 demo disc lists there where 4 McDonald's disc's released, I have Demo 2, I 'm guessing the others are SCED-03911 and SCED-03912. I think Pizzia Hut gave some away as well at one point.

Unless you want to sell that zuperzheap, would you please scan it for me? You see how I do it, front of sleeve and disc in one scan, 500 pixels wide. (Also scan one side of other inserts if you have them, as McD Demo 1 had.)

I've seen some US Pizza Hut demos, are you sure there are PAL demos, too?

Not totally sure but i'd say there was along with KFC and Burger King too.
I'll need to reinstall my scanner, i'll do it this afternoon don't wanna wake the neighbours up, it makes a racket whilst scanning
