Which one do you think we have the greatest chance of seeing again?

Storyline wise I would say Sherry. My choice for seeing (Equips Flameshield) would be Sheva.

But I think it all really depends if RE6 is a complete RE-boot.

Sherry will come back as Ashleys adopted sister with Carlos and Billy assigned as their personal bodyguards in a game with Sheva and Barry as the main characters. Can you imagine? I wouldn't put it past Capcom at this point.

Anyway, seriously it's a hard choice, but i think Sherry is the most likely to return. Isn't the official story along the lines of Leon being blackmailed to work with the government in return for Sherry's safety? Given that i'd guess at some point we'll see Leon and possibly Claire return in a storyline somehow revolving around that.

Sherry of course. She's one of the plots left by the series. I think that also Manuela could be considered, since she has a connection with the T-Veronica Virus, but it's too recent to talk about her I guess.

I would want Sherry to reappear again, but it will most likely be Sheva due to RE5's success. Ashley was simply a plot device for the main character of her game (Leon), as was Billy (Rebecca). I never disliked Billy, but he would have no logical reason to return to the series. Carlos, on the other hand, I would like to see return. His cocky attitude and demeanor in RE3 always made for a good laugh. Plus, he's a merc, and fighting is in his blood.

as much as I would love to see Sherry come back, I'd rather see Billy make a surprise. I was hoping he somehow find his way back to Africa somehow. Would of been a nice touch too

As far as Sheva is concerned, it's a tad too early to determine if she will be in another one.

Carlos is a meh for me. Mr. ladies man. I hope he has some sort of return in a cgi re movie?

Ashley on the other hand...annoying...next xD

I could see most of them returning. Sherry has potential plot point in her blood, Sheva's a BSAA member whose now friendly with Chris and probably Jill and both Carlos and Billy could have potentially found there way into the BSAA or something similar.

The only one I can't see comming back is Ashley, except through some truly odd story work. Something like her father left the white house soon after she was rescued and her passion for Leon made her decide to train to be a super ninja secret service agent too. Which would...not be the best choice Capcom could make, for my money.

Also RE5's success is a bit of an overstatement... The game isn't that popular.

I think personally it's most likely for Sheva to re-appear. I doubt it'll be in RE 6, but maybe in future RE games. As for the rest of the list, I'd like to see them, but something tells me not to hold my breath.

Well Leon could have killed a Decoy plagas and ashley was double infected with a control plagas.

Billy and Carlos probably went into silent running since they probably would end up back in prison.

Becc's is probably too smart to get involved again.

Sherry has a potential story with regards to her but I want to see Barry back in action, a kind of Wesker's Revenge story arc just before RE5.

I'm going with Sherry, too, and not just because of my personal bias for her (though that obviously has a lot to do with wanting to see her again). It's been established that the developers, at multiple times throughout the series, were at least considering the idea of continuing her storyline. (Also, as many have pointed out before, she received an epilogue in RE3, even though Carlos didn't--and he was in that game, poor guy.) I'd also like to believe that since Ada's storyline isn't closed yet, the chance of Sherry reappearing is slightly stronger, since both characters are related to the Leon/Claire section of the series.

In all honesty, I'd be fine with any of these characters returning... except Ashley. But that's mainly because I still cringe at the whole "president's daughter" thing.

I would like to see Billy Coen again but I voted for Sheva because RE5 was a big success in terms of money making and she has grown quite a fanbase. I think it's to late for Sherry now. They had their window of opportunity and now Wesker is dead I think they wont revisist that storyline.

I believe Sherry Birkin will be most likely coming back. Mostly because I believe the G-Virus in her body (surpressed by the DEVIL Vaccine), would make an excellent plot point to future sequels. But we'll just have to wait and see what kind reboot RE6 in going to get.
