- Is it ever mentioned? Anyway, the T-Virus has nothing to do with RE4.

- A modified Plagas given to Krauser by Saddler, probably to both enhance his abilities and leash him.

why is wesker collecting so many viruses and parasites?

- It's unlikely we'll ever know. Wesker's initial plans seem to have focused on his own personal survival and power, but he may have had a greater goal beyond that. Unfortunately, his encounter with Spencer didn't have a beneficial affect on his mind and it made him decide he was gonna be God...

wheres sherry?

- I believe it was retconned so she was in the care of the US goverment. Nothing else is really known, although it does seem Wesker had access to her.

where's steve?

- Dead. Wesker said he might be alive to screw with the Redfield's.

- Eaten by a Grue, forgotten by Capcom, pimping themselves out...who knows?

whats the rival orginization of umbrella?

- There are a few. TriCell being the most obvious. It's never really said about the others.

whats "s" and "the orginization"

- S is SeaShell, a division of TriCell (I think this got mentioned in a Degenreation artbook or the like?) but we don't know anything about the Organization other than Wesker may or may not have been working for it and Ada seems to really be working for it.

- Not likely. More likely it was referring to the fact that Wesker had control of the core of Umbrella, it's key assets, and that a lot of his scheming was to get hold of those. No one was supposed to know Wesker had them, so letting it slip would be bad.

Or Mikami did but the plan was changed when he left. Who knows? The whole story is a clusterfuck half the time.

Another part I query but expected in Darkside was how in RE4 Krauser says to Leon about how he (Leon) thought Krauser had died in "the helicopter" now even with the final level once they escape and Manuela . . . actually whats the canon ending for her? Anyway I assumed he would appear to die in the helicopter but even with Krauser's monologue in the hidden level he tells how he found out that his arm couldn't be cured . . . so no explanation is given to what helicopter incident he "dies" in, does it?

It's a control Plaga. Krauser's mutation is limited compared to Mendez and Salazar because of the strength of his body.

Before his visit to Spencer, Wesker was mostly amassing viruses, organisms and information to help fund himself by selling them on to others (like Javier and some of Umbrella's former rival companies). His plans before visiting Spencer were also to establish his own Umbrella.

Custody of the U.S. government. Wesker had access to her through spies in the section responsible for looking after her, and most likely managed to get samples from her of the DEVIL anti-bodies in her body which the U.S. government also wanted.

where's steve?

Dead. You will never see him again.

Their whereabouts are completely irrelevant because their involvement is over. Although Barry was possibly going to be featured in BH5, so he could be a BSAA member.

Apparently, but unconfirmed, there is more than one. But the main one throughout the series is Ada's employers; "The Organization".

S is the original term for Tricell. It was originally going to be explained in Degeneration as "Seashell", but it was changed to Tricell before the film's completion. The Organization is a mysterious entity and not much is known about it yet, except that they employ Ada, used to employ Wesker, developed the Hunter II and Sweeper, have the G-virus and t-Veronica virus as well as the subordinate and control Plagas.

Before Separate Ways came out, "The Organization" actually referred to Wesker's own secret organization he established sometime after CODE: Veronica. This is known as the "3rd Organization" officially now.

Wesker was originally planning to revive Umbrella. He already had his secret organization established, but wanted to make a new Umbrella. These plans were scrapped when he made his trip to the Spencer Estate in 2006, though.

Darkmoon answered everything. The t-virus was only mentioned during Leon's talk with Luis when they were tied-up in the room. Luis had said he might've "saw a sample of it at the lab in his department" or something.

A helicopter is never mentioned. Krauser faked his death in an "accident" sometime after Operation Javier. "Crash" is a shoddy mistranslation, so we don't even know the circumstances of his accident. I know the the BradyGames and Prima guide books for Resident Evil 4 mentioned that he died in a helicopter or plane crash, but both BG and Prima like to talk massive amounts of shit.

And Manuela is in the custody of the U.S. government. However, she may also be dead. She still needs regular organ transplants in order to keep her humanity, and its unknown if the U.S. government was able to do anything about this.

Yet another reason why I am more partial to the Manuela death ending rather than her being saved. I doubt she will ever be heard from again, and the idea of the goverment keeping her alive with transplants every few weeks/months is really dumb.

What are you talking about? Pretty much everything you thought to be a plot hole was explained.
