RE5 PS3 Save File = Images?

This might not interest anyone, but I was copying some of my PS3 RE 5 save files to a USB for keeps, and when I put them on to the computer, the folders had very high quality well wallpapers that are usually displayed when you have the game ready to select on the PS3 XMB. I just thought it was cool, as they are high res PNG files, The ones I got were Chris and Sheva back to back, and Chris and Jill pointing pistols at the screen from LIN. As all games have a background image, I imagine you can do it with any game you like the idea of having a wallpaper of. Wicked.

I just thought it was a neat trick I stumbled apon as I have not seen these wallpapers floating around on the net before without annoying logos on them. Sorry if it is old news.

Sorry for delay, been at work. Welp I was right, they work for any game save file that has an image excelent.

Here are the Resident Evil ones. Uneditied. Look great as wallpapers.

They are apparently 1000 x 560.

I've done this with PS3 saves for a while. Is also a nice way of taking smaller screenshots in the Fallout games since the save file image captures your screen as you see it.
