Anyone have access to these? Transcripts, screenshots etc? Anything will do.
They are of utmost priority to translate. Darkside Chronicles has one of the worst localizations in the series (which says a lot considering the entire series is very poorly localized to the point where major details are lost entirely). For example, Wesker's profile in DC in the English version says he injects himself with the T-Virus. However, in the Japanese version, there is no mention of the t-Virus, and it actually refers to his 'Rebirth' scenario in Umbrella Chronicles instead.
There are other things which need clearing up. For example, in the English version, Ada magically switches genders between files. This is a very careless translation mistake that can't even be absolved with the usual "there is no gender actually referred to in the Japanese script" like the situation with Metal Gear Solid 2 and Metal Gear Solid 4; Olga's daughter being a male in MGS2, or the Dr. Clark situation in MGS1 and MGS4; male in MGS1, female in MGS4.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. A lot of the English files aren't even actually translated, they are almost completely copied from the translated version of the first Archives book. So they're a very diluted source of information.
EDIT: Small update on DC's shittiness. The "secret military agency" is a mistranslation. It is actually "合衆国特務機関" - "United States Secret Service".
