Couple of animated movies based on Resident Evil universe

My name is Pipss, I am the founder of C.O.R.E. Pictures team, who had made couple of animated movies based on Resident Evil universe. All movies are on the Russian language but have the English subtitles as well.
Movie C.O.R.E. – Chronicles of Resident evil, released in 2009:
The C.O.R.E. plot is taking place in Raccoon city, between Resident evil 0, 1, 2 , 3, Outbreak file 1/2 events. The main aim of this movie is to show everything, what we were not able to see in Resident evil games and movies: How R.P.D. try and fail to save Raccoon city, the hard days of U.B.C.S. mercenaries, Umbrella Corporation secret operations and some other interesting events. The events of the movie starts on the 22-th of September.The R.P.D. cops are celebrating birthday of their team member at J's Bar, while Hunk and his team are trying to get the G-virus from Wiliam Birkin. Something goes wrong and almost all U.S.F team got killed at the sewers. On the next day strange accidents started to happen in the Racoon city, there are many calls coming to the police department from different pats of the town telling about murders and violence on the streets. While the R.P.D. and S.P.F. trying to take the situation under control, the U.B.C.S. mercenaries forces are starting to be deployed to the Umbrella secret based near Racoon City.

September 26, early morning. The hired arms of Umbrella Corporation whose job is to eliminate the any biologic and chemical treat are deployed to the Raccoon city. Their mission is to provide help to the police force and try to evacuate as many civilians as possible. But are there any one left in the city, who can be saved?

There were planed to make another movie, which would be titled Biohazard, but by the reasons of disintegration of C.O.R.E. Pictures team, it was not released. But there were created some draft parts of the movie, which I had upload on the youtube:
