        • Since I've nothing to do right now, here what I've discover:

          First Row First Column

          00000000

          10000000 (standard)

          11000000

          10100000 (hangs)
          10000100 (press START, then exit, invisible character and strange backgrounds overlapping)
          10000010 (press START the game open one door and then emulator crashes)
          10000001 (instant death)

          First Raw Second Column

          10000000 (standard)
          11000000 (press START opens configuration menu)
          10000100 (make the first zombie FMV starts)
          10000001 (letter box, 16:9 black bands)

          First Raw Third Column

          00000000 (standard)
          10000000 (blocks menu)
          01000000 (opens menu)
          00100000 (opens menu and pop up to give you the Beretta if you select yes it gives you nothing, sometimes hangs)
          00010000 (opens the box)
          00001000 (pop up to give you the Beretta, if click yes it gives you acid grenades with 0 ammo, if equipped it's the Beretta, and if you put it into the box it became a legit Beretta with correct icon lol)
          00000100 (another acid Beretta that you can't refuse)
          00000010 (opens map without a map, can't exit)
          00000001 (pop up the botany book)

            Now, I have to ask: it that Barry's animation or Gezzler's? I don't understand how you can get Gezzler's death sound with Barry's texture (and not Chris' or Jill's for example), that's all ;)

              First pict is when your character enter's Yawn's lair, nothing beta there. Third one is definitively beta/unused. Second one, I am not sure... maybe it was used in an early build but I don't think it was part of the retail version

                • It should also have these unused ones from the ammo storage room near the water tank area. Dining room one is from the 04-10-1995 Alpha sample.

                  • Warping to room 40F, while you cant move because of the water, there is a TYPE:128 in the corner. Been a while since I played the game, but I dont recall that

                    Edit: Ammo storage is room 410, but they use the final version of the backgrounds. Dont know if the others are in yet

                    • Another one the V-Jump build irc Director's Cut has this also and the mirror worked? a zombie jumps out the bath? I remember one jumping out the guardhouse bath also on Director's Cut.

                        The Zombie comes out from around the corner where the toilet is.

                          • Has anyone been to the Guardhouse room with the Spiders and the Bar+Pool Table+Pinball Machine yet?
                            I certainly don't recall ever hearing that music track play there (or anywhere else for that matter) in the final build...

                            Also check this out:

                            (That guy is never seen "sleeping" in the hole in the retail version - you'll find an item (Director's Cut only?) there instead)

                            I also have a tip for you:
                            If you use the room warp option and happen to get stuck (sometimes it makes your character unable to move) you can just warp to the Elevator (Room ID 700) and wait until you automatically leave the elevator, doing so will fix the problem!
                            Warping to any room which triggers a cutscene should fix it as well, but I prefer the elevator method.

                                I've always wondered about that when I played through the game, thinking on how that hole got there in the first place

                                Just adding my own two cents on the stuff above, I don't usually go through these beta trials but it's great to see how many little changes and what data was kept back when you look at the different versions there are for this game. Can't wait to see all this being documented down the line. Keep up the good work guys
