If the achievements are as predictable as that i'd be really disappointed.

How old is this game now? I would imagine the majority of people buying it will have already owned it at some point and will already recognise the game's quality. Thus, there'll be little challenge left for a lot of people.

Capcom has been pretty damn good when it comes to this area for making the player rage to earn this time-consuming one achivement that is worth a tiny amount, but the feeling of doing it being good. I am sure they'll be smart with this. I hope.

I'm not sure Mercenaries will have trophies I think it'll stick with the story related modes

I hope it would be like with "xbox originals" - without trophies.
By the way - if they will not release them on discs, i think i will download them and play for free through profile glitch.

Achievements should at least be like RE5's. They got some right. Collect all trophies, do special stuff with weapons / eggs. I like the idea of using only a handgun to beat the game, however I think that we won't see much in that area since they are being promoted as Arcade releases which mean no big trophies and only 200GS.
Can't say that bothers me much. I just do it to entretain myself.

Street Fighter already exists. It's the spanish version of RE5's "Get Physical". Still I think it could be in.

I like the idea of "Brain Damage" But I would use a title like "Red Cyclone", "Haggar would be proud" or "Saturday Night Slam Master!".
