      Seriously?
And I thought Jill saying "shit" when the radio broke in the PSX RE1 was "hard", lol...
Nowadays swearing in videogames is no biggie, but back then it was quite unusual (to me, at least).

Quick question...are these assumed to be canon now?

          I don't believe so.

They were removed before the game's release, counting them to the canon feels a bit "risky", if you ask me.
Plus we have the rewritten files in the GC Remake.

But that's just my opinion, so let's wait what News Bot or BioTech has to say about this...

No i agree completely, just wanted to see how presumptuous people were feeling on the subject that's all.

Nah, the ones in REmake are the definitive versions. "November 31" and all. Still think we should change that to December 1, it's such a big mistake that it's almost comical.

Interesting. Maybe some story elements from the sequels were established since the very beginning, afterall.

Excellent!! Great read, I love it when we get something old school translated for the first time. Great job guys and thanks so much for sharing it. I had a few questions after reading it but most of them have been answered here on this forum. I do have one question though....

The goddess was looking down at us, she seemed jealous.
But I don't think I will pull her down here... And, I gave a little gift to this remarkable girl...

^^ Who are they reffering to? Any ideas who the 'goddess' is??

@CrimsonElder: The blue jewel statue from the 2nd floor, above the dining room, I guess

Yes, it was an interesting read. It is funny/interesting to see how Capcom planned to use these letters to reveal/explain how to solve some of the puzzles the gamer will have to face during the course of the game
Back when we found the 15 minutes demo at SvH/BHFR, we took the decision to not translate them as they ware not "canon" - and it already took us 6 months to get the ones from the book translated and nobody really wanted to go into this journey again, lol But It is nice to finally read them so cheers to the ProjectUmbrella team

Duh! Theres me thinking it was Alexia or Spencer's mrs that they cut from the game. Thanks for clearing that up.
