Picture Question

I know I seen this picture before but I don't think it belongs in the Wesker Report 2 pictures. I may be wrong.

After going to the link if you click the Wesker Report 2 Icon and you look at the third picture to the right on the top row you'll see a viral tank glowing green. I think it's for REmake but I am not sure. It's bugging the hell out of me because I am trying to find an upscale version of that picture.

Can anyone help and identify it for me?

EDIT: I believe its Alexia Ashfords chamber in the Artic but I don't know where the picture came from.

Yeah it's the tanks from REmake's lab. I think that's the pic used in Wesker's Report 2 when it talks about the Tyrants.

Alright. I see it now. It's in the picture that shows the Umbrella logo with the pills. But how did they get a picture of it so brighten up? I hate the fact that its condensed and darkened.
