I was wondering where the Bio Hazard Trial Edition SLPM-80027 originally came? Was it sent to magazines for previews? I doubt it because of the time lmit. Was it a bonus with a magazine? a preorder bonus? I can't find the information even though I'm sure it's somewhere here.

How is trial formed?
During the period I was harvesting various PS1 demos, I always got the BH1 trial with the same pile of stuff + a software catalog, so either a lot of people just happened to have the same stuff or they belonged together. Blind guess would be that it was part of some sort of welcome package for either buying a console, registering it or otherwise attending or signing up for something during a certain time period.Comment
