Well I didn't know the long box you gave me had busted up hinges that made the game slide around. Even though I'm grateful to have it as well as the disc and manual in my collection a little heads up on that kind of thing would help. As it stands I had to put the disc in a separate case so it doesn't get scratched up. The rest of the items were packaged fine. But don't take this as a complaint so much as general criticism on the packaging.

I have bought a few long boxes off ebay before and they always had hinge issues like that. If you need one with good hinges let me know, I have a few.

As far as I'm aware, it's not really the hinges on the box itself, it's mainly the teeth that hold the game in place being broken so he's had to put it into another box so it doesn't get scratched as it won't stay in place.

But I suppose it's better than not having a case, manual and the like.

That's what I meant. The teeth holding the disc. Only one is supportive, but it's not enough to keep the disc in place. It happens though since my collector's LotR fellowship box had a similar issue and I had to place tape in the middle to support one of the discs inside.

I might do the same with this one later but as of now I'm leaving it in a separate case. Still happy to have it and Wesker's Report as well as the rest of the stuff coming in.
