When I say "be respectful" I do want you to take into account that other people have voiced the character besides him. So no I likely won't ask him to say lines that another actor has said nor will I pester him by talking about other actors that have played the role besides him. This is his interview after all. However, if he does choose to submit any audio lines (For the time being this is a written interview) you are more than welcome to come up with some original material for him to say or suggest lines from the games he has taken part in.

I was just joking around. Anyway, you're right, it's kind of lame to ask about other VA's, so if you end up choosing mine, just his thoughts on the character's death is enough.

It's okay, I'm just getting that out of the way.

Trick him into doing every single of Wesker's lines from the remake, then we'll hack the game.

Nah...if you're going to ask for some lines (although it always comes off as geeky and lame), go for the comedy gold provided by the original Resident Evil:

"Tyrant virus is a super virus; which creates a monster which is much stronger than human beings."

"Don't be upset. All weak people exist to be eaten."

"Would you like to see it? Come with me... Sorry for my lack of manners, but I'm not used to escorting men."

Long story short, Smiley and I were speaking with Alyson whilst she was drunk and still drinking vodka.

We were talking about CODE: Veronica, Smiley asked her if she was Team Chris or Team Leon. I told him I'd laugh if she said Team Wesker, her response was "Neither! Team Wesker! LOL!" to which she continued on about how she particularly enjoyed Waugh's Wesker among other comments that were more or less - had Chris not been around, something would have happened if she had her way.

And at some point when we were talking to her, she vanished for a bit and came back with some photos of her in her bikini and was sending them to Kamiya and she complained a bit that vodka makes her drunk far too quickly and/or easily.

Just off the top of my head, since this was a while ago but we've had some pretty funny responses from her when she has been sober or drunk she's given the same sort of response in regards to essentially pairing her Claire and Waugh's Wesker.

Please God don't give the fanfic writers more ammunition.

Haha, well it's more of a joking question to Waugh as I found it amusing from Alyson.

That and I always found the "Greetings!" scene in C:V to be a bit funny considering that from Alyson so it'd be interesting to get Waugh's perspective on character interactions and their VAs like Alyson.

Did Capcom give him some more "details" to Wesker's personnality after Code Veronica or was it always general personnality traits?

Dose he have hard copy's of his recording sessions from either RE CV,zero,or 4 that he would be willing to release for us to listen to?

But it would be a fair point to see what he thinks about the other voice actors, after all they share the character. DC Douglas did talk about how he felt about having to do the character after it was voiced by other actors in his Wesker Q&A... I would love to know how he felt about Jessop's work (I don't know if he did RE: Zero first, and then Jessop took REmake), and how he feels about DC's work (if he has seen it), which technically is directly linked to his own interpretation of Wesker.

But I do agree on not asking him to do other VA's lines. That wouldn't be nice.

I'm not sure if this was answered ever but...how did he stumble upon Resident Evil, and what made him want to take the part of Wesker?

DC was more or less describing the audition process where he had to hear the past recordings of two of the VAs to factor in his voice. I already have a similar question lined up for Richard, but keep in mind that Richard is the second voice to portray Wesker. So in all honesty there's a chance he has never heard the other voices or not besides the possibility of the original. Nevertheless I'll keep your suggestion in mind when I ask him.

He already said in the other interview that he found it "ironic" how Capcom replaced him with another voice actor that tried to sound like him. That's probably as much as you'll get from him about that. He obviously won't publicly state that he loves or hates another voice actor's performance (and from what I've seen, this is what people asking those questions want to hear – they don't really care about honest opinions, which they rarely get anyway).

And there's a lot of assuming going around that he's even heard the other voice actors to begin with.
