Chris also says "Who knows?" in the first trailer after the line "More and more I find myself wondering if it's all worth fighting for," instead of the "Maybe one day, I'll find out" we hear in the final game.

There was a ton of unused dialogue for Resident Evil 5 that only appeared in the trailers. The first two, in particular.

Pretty much so and considering that they do get other VAs to record for trailers in some cases, I honestly wouldn't use trailers as a source for a particular VA casting because the trailer is more or less rather an unreliable media source for that sort of information.

Chris' VA in the first RE5 trailer was the guy who voiced him in Umbrella Chronicles. The second trailer was the debut of Roger Craig Smith.
