I just killed the lake monster and didnt get the trophy. It says dont rock the boat?? What the hell does that mean? Cant I get knocked out of the boat at all? Cause thats damn near impossible. He knocked me out like 5 times.

Well I got Resident Evil 4 today, and yeah it's not the best example of a HD release, there's a couple of things I think they could of done (such as adding the higher quality examination textures to items when you pick them up) but on the whole I still think the game looks perfectly reasonable....

Maybe it's just me, but after a couple of minutes any issues I feel disappear and the original quality of the game takes over.

And it's still brilliant.

you shouldent waist money on resident evil 4 yeah its a nice game but i bet most of you already got it on every console pc... so why spend more ? for a version thats the same as the rest...

save your money for code veronica at least they did some work there.

See, that's precisely why I can't justify paying $20 for it. I know that after the initial few moments of "oooh" and "aaaah," I won't even notice the difference between it and, say, the Wii version. So I'd just as soon stick with the Wii version.

That's very true. It is essentially the same experience, i'm hoping the new lighting for CODE: Veronica X will really add to the experience. We're not really hearing over much about it actually?

Just tried them both , RE4 looks Nice as the GC and Wii ver .... but its kinda stupid that they didnt even bother to make better textures ....

CvX looks Nice , But the Upscaled FMVs are annoying ....
They didnt even bother to make more realistic animations ....

ah well gotta unlock the extras in RE4 and check them too , and i will look into the files to see if we can mod ;P

In an achievement sense, yeah it's pretty stupid, but as player experience: it scared the crap out of me back when I played the original. I thought it was just gonna be another peaceful day killing Black Bass (L) with my Punisher...

It was only ever in the Japanese version. They changed it to the behind-the-back view for the US release.

i see , then it could be a left over from 3.5 ? (since it had kinda same camera angles , perhaps they forgot to remove it in the jap ver ... but its really cool , last time i played RE4 was a hacked PS2 ver on an HD TV = Shit + blurriness

People say RE5 is like 4 , Yeah they are right RE5 was a crappy copy of 4 but with removed puzzules and horror and more action + nudity ....

RE4 At least has puzzules and still has horror :
one of the scary elements i faced in RE4 was those Dogs or wolfs , they come from no where , they even made me jump

2nd thing is ashleys part in the dark place ... loved it soo much with the classic camera angles .....

See jills battles suite , very tight -__- , the concept was supposed to be an extra costume in REmake but shinji scraped it because it was too much tight and sexy ,( Shinji was awesome , not those fools )

Jill device was supposed to be on her head , but they instead moved it to her chest as they say to have a chance to show her chest to be sexy -__-
