Personally, I don't think you should really comment if you haven't actually bought anything off the guy or were intending to.

Smiley and I combined purchases (to avoid international shipping fees for ourselves and SS) and that also Zombie_X received items too -had you actually read the original topic SS made.

I got both games and I must say the PC box is gigantic! What else was supposed to be in the PC box (upon release) that required this much room?

So really, if they've already received items that has a slight delay initially I don't think the guy would be trying to screw them over so there's no real need for fear mongering.

There would be if he hadn't sent the first lot of items out and just vanished completely off THIA after that.

So yeah, there's some proof that the guy isn't automatically a scammer asshole so in the first place I think SS has got every right to have been irritated so next time, why don't you look through posts instead of making assumptions?

If you don't know, then don't assume or post anything is what I would do.

If they aren't there today, I'm going to go to the post office I sent them out at. There's absolutely no reason you shouldn't have all received them. There was only 3 things I've sent out, the one international one, and zombie x's and Smileys.

Again he has proven himself competent before. It might be a slow delivery, but he's remained in contact.

If I don't receive my items before I leave for Australia in November I'll ask for a refund. But I'm confident it'll be here before then.

I bought:

- Resident Evil 4 PS2 Limited Edition w/ Laser Cell and Strategy Guide
- Resident Evil 4 NGC Limited Edition w/ Laser Cell and Strategy Guide
- Resident Evil PS1 (Slim CD Version)

I paid for these about a month back and still nothing. If I don't get these within the week I will have to file a PayPal claim against him. It's taken far too long to get anything and he has not answered my repeated question of "how was it shipped?". I had bad feelings about this when to weeks went by and now my patience is pretty much gone. I know he said he shipped it last week but it does not take nearly two weeks for a first class package. At tops it would be 5 days and if he sent it via Priority then it would be about 2-3 days.

I'm sorry SS but I've waited long enough and I have about a week left until I can no longer file a claim and if my items are not here this week I will file a claim for the $100 I paid you. I didn't want ti to come to this but if you can not provide any proof that the items where shipped then I'll file the claim.
