Hmm. It folds out, right? So there are more than just the front and "back" part of the insert? Aren't there a couple of pages? Or do I remember this completely wrong? It's been a few years since I had an opened copy...

If images 2 and 3 in the link above are the only pages with text/images, then I guess I don't need anything.

Yes it folds out to show the controls, the story and the objective of the game I believe. It's been a while since I looked in mine but will scan the pictures for you tomorrow as it's not on my now.
