Yeah i agree they arent going up against eachother course they arent even for same consoles or handheld so i dont see how it can be a bad move to release it at the same month as mass effect 3 XD

That was EXACTLY what I was thinking.
1.5 was introduced right after the first game.
It was scheduled for March 1997. And got scrapped with 85% of development.

Revelations was introduced right after the fifth game.
It is scheduled for March 2012. And there's the possibility of a 1.5 moment.

You do know that them discussing it is NOT an actual announcement, right? Yes, they have said what they have considered doing with "6" for some time now but nowhere have they actually announced the game as officially being in development with an estimated release window. Is it being developed with an internal release window in mind? I wouldn't doubt it. But just knowing something MUST exist isn't in any way an official announcement of it. For all we know, RE6 could still be in the idea stage with not a shred of real time spent on the often long development process. I do doubt that. But people want confirmation with Capcom actually announcing it. That has yet to officially happen.
