I'll trust in Zavvi this time, they did get my Skyward Sword bundle the day before release.

Capcom-unity is doing another streaming session today at 4:00PM (PST). But this time they're playing the single-player campaign (they played Raid Mode last time).

Excellent. I'm only interest on how the single player campaign comes along. Hopefully it'll play more like RE4 does than RE5. One thing you could note that wouldn't be too spoilerific is how often you are with a AI partner in the campaign compared to going through it by yourself.
I've seen videos featuring Chris and Parker with Jessica then Jill with Parker. Unless they get out of the way (like Ashley) I'm hoping there's a lot of good time where we're just by ourselves like most of the recent demo we've played.
So keep tabs on that cause I won't be able to play this game till March.

MAYDAY! MAAAAAAYDAY!
Playing the game now. Past both "demo" areas.
Not really any spoilers, more like just how the general structure of the game seems to work;
Spoiler:
The game opens up the ship like a mansion, but the story is kinda episodic narrative/cutscene wise (and usually everytime you change episode/chapter, you change who you play with or "when/where" you play for a short chapter before returning to the ship.
Odd that the game's only co-op mode is the unlockable "Raid Mode," since a lot of what I've seen so far has been very co-op centric in a somewhat similar way to how Resident Evil 5 was (but with many more split up sequences and such)
There are also collectibles (in the form of handprints you can find with the scanner). No clue what they're good for... yet.
Enjoying the game quite a bit. Description I'd like to use would be if REmake and Resident Evil 5 had some sort of weird bastard child.Last edited by Carnivol; 01-24-2012, 05:44 PM.

How is the ammo dispersed so far? And how much ammo are you finding with the Genesis Scanner? Is it like 4 and 5, with the boxes and urns everywhere? (I'm assuming enemies don't also drop bullets as well.) Or is it more spread out and stingy, like in 2 and 3?Revelations has a plot with twists everywhere. Way to go, Capcom, you successfully pulled off a mind-screw plotline.

Please tell me Carnivol they've reduced the amount of grenades you got from in the demos. If there was anything that unbalanced the combat and made it far too easy it was them.http://www.projectumbrella.net The BIOHAZARD/RESIDENT EVIL Compendium

You find anything from cartons to tiny piles of 2-5 here and there, but the amount of stuff varies from room to room. Stuff does NOT respawn and since you do a lot of running back 'n' forth ... yeah. You can afford to waste some ammo, but it's clear that you don't exactly have infinite ammounts at your disposal and conveniant drops (heck, I wouldn't be surprised if key items are the only thing enemies drop in this game) ;D
Also, not sure how the weak spots for various enemies work yet (whether they're all head/face shots or not), but the way they wobble from side to side sure makes headshots more tricky than they ever were on ganados and majini. Good stuff.
Regarding grenades: On NORMAL I've received a healthy supply of them so far (and multiple kinds too), but I've ended up in a couple of crowded situations where I've pretty much gone for the "SHIT! Can't shoot 'em all! *Grenade spam time* CRAP! THEY'RE STILL COMING! *bullets flying everywhere*"Last edited by Carnivol; 01-24-2012, 05:52 PM.

I like what I am hearing from this! I want this game so bad right now. I have been dying for a old school styled RE game for a while, 10 years to be exact.

But since your busy guess ill wait for someone else to post it.
