BTW, Mercenaries 3D sales were "solid" after all (as Capcom put it). I guess the price drop helped.
And you forgot that capcom wants money money !!
The game isnt really complete :
    1- it uses recycled melee.
2- characters alternate costumes are reused concepts of other characters costume.
3- they didnt bother to make new music themes , they even used ada and leons themes for some places.
4- No love for ada and leon , at least if its a seprate game they should have included all of the resident evil characters. ....
    5- Enemies skip animations.
    6- you cant reset save.
Anyone willing to add more bad points of this game ?

      Yeah, something "ready for launch".

Aka, three, almost four months after launch.

Way to hit the bullseye, Kawata.

Bit of news from yesterday: Revelations demo might come to the 3DS eshop, and a new trailer is expected Tuesday. I hope the demo isn't the same one on the Mercs cartridge!

Vita costs 250 at the least, has barely any starter memory, and japanese sites have said that it is essential to buy a 4 gb mem card, which will set you back 30 or so bucks. The Vita may sound like a good deal, but the hidden costs are what will get Sony its cash flow. Not to mention, all the games you see now that are supposedly coming out on launch or close after? They will likely be postponed to a later date.

Right now, I'd say go for the 3ds. It is getting a good amount of nice games and will have more to offer in said department when the vita is released in February, which is the same month Revelations is released in the U.S. You could wait for the inevitable deluxe version, but it is your choice.

I know it cost a lot but why not both? RE will come to Vita sooner or later.

              I already started saving up for a Vita + 32GB card + UMvC3 for Feb 22nd.

We got our first shot of Parker and presumably Jessica in their former organization in the Gamer's Day trailer. There's a quick shot of them in a helicopter flying over the city which is being attacked by B.O.W.s.

They join the BSAA after that incident, which I suppose is what caused the UN to adopt the BSAA.

There you have it... if you have the extra cash, buy both!

I have no opinion on the Vita since I've mostly read about what it can do (basically does what your next-gen console already delivers, except 4 dah games) but I'm still waiting to see if it will have something that is unique and that no other console/handheld/mobile device out there already offers. High-end Graphics that will only drain the battery is not enough of an excuse with me.

I mean, I didn't buy the 3DS because its 3D either. It was the games it has and will have between now and next year.

The 3D isn't a big deal, I end up turning it off 90% of the time. It isn't great 3D anyway, is depth layered, at east from all the game I've played.

RE Revelations game price is...$50 instead of $40. Why the extra $40? well....

Cause Capcom knows they can sucker in an extra ten dollars for making such a big epic game of awesomeness.

Hell for ten dollars more than the regular price I at least get something other than just the game when it comes to Operation: Raccoon City.

Anybody remember when SNES games were 60-70 bucks a pop? or when Neo-Geo did the Ps3 pricing before the Ps3?
These days, we get a far greater amount of quality than we did back then. I always assumed that handheld games would rise to be 10 bucks less than the console games. Not to mention, it is only 10 bucks more, not like its going to break the bank.

$50 bucks for a game that is looking to 1up RE5 in many aspects plus a lot of the typical shooter crap currently available is just about right with me.

But I sure as hell won't buy it from GameStop, though. Amazon is getting all my mulah. Has been since the last generation of consoles. Fuck GS.

BTW, the slide-pad for the 3DS has an official name: The Circle Pad Pro. So all you dual-shock lovers can ask for it by name at your local electronics store.
