    The only things that look even remotely potentially different is her mouth, but even that looks more like a difference in lighting and plumpness rather than the actual mouth being made smaller. She still has the same dimples in the exact same place, which isn't possible if the mouth is supposedly smaller. The part of her jaw nearest to her ear also looks smaller in BH5 to make her jaw less "sharp", but polygon increases will often do that on their own.

    • The only thing i can see on jills REmake and 5 face that different is eye placement. Look at Remake and then 5. Her eyes on 5 are pushed closer together.
      She also appears to have very very light freckles.

        The eyes are the same. Only difference is, again, lighting, which makes them look quite different (and accentuates that already tired look she has). Her eyebrows are also faded in BH5 and since her eyes are given a boost in quality with a higher-res texture (and lighting...), they appear more striking.

        And from BH5's modeler Yosuke Yamagata himself...

        The facial structures are mainly based on the visuals of the GameCube version, and we added various details to these in order to develop a realistic texture.

                • One thing I didn't realise the first time I played the demo was that you could back track a little bit and actually get to the outside of the ship, doesn't add much to the demo except a bit more exploration though. Also found you can scan the room for hidden ammo etc

                        Ignoring the indie devs and going straight for the big guys; Dark Souls. Content heavy as shit. No mention worthy marketing attempts. No content reveal. Word of mouth sales pushing it into well beyond its second million. Publishers just needs to stop expecting that they're gonna bypass the previous installment's 5 million sales during their launch week. Sales can build up over time if you have a product that's actually worth more than just artificial launch hype, and if you look at Nintendo you'll also know that a solid product can remain in the top 10 sales charts for the better half a decade ... again, without any big marketing push or content reveal.

                        • In terms of the Revelations demo I was suprised they added the infernal difficulty and holy crap it makes it feel like a different experience as opposed to the 3ds, and I beat it on the 3ds too death. Just like I was a fan of Resident Evil 2's nightmare difficulty on the Dreamcast, unloading one clip for one enemy just gives me a whole new way to try to go about the game now. x.x

                            Bad example. Nintendo spends a huge amount of money on marketing and advertising. You can't turn on the TV without watching Penelope Cruz and her sister playing Pr. Layton, and all that stuff.

                            • Exactly, Nintendo advertises as much as anyone else, and besides they had the advantage of being in the casual driver seat.

                              Survival Horror also is not a huge market, games like Day Z are more of a trend, something that will die over time when the steam runs out.

                              • I played the demo on multiple platforms - PS3, 360 and Wii U.
                                So far Wii U wins my vote for uncompressed ultra HD audio and visuals on par with 360 and PS3.
                                PS3 was far too dark for me TBH even on max brightness in-game.

                                The only thing that puts me off the Wii U version is DLC and whether Wii U will get the same treatment as its other counterparts?

                                I should think so.. it's on RE.NET and also getting the 3 guns DLC pack for free via e-shop.. so DLC is on the console.
                                I just hope the costumes are unlockable ingame - that way I won't have to worry hehe..
                                either that or via RE.NET which I think they'll go for IDK
