    • Does the game have plenty of in-game files so far and is there any sign of any RE5 style library files on the main menu?

      And do you actually file them or can you only read them as you come across them?

      • I'm torn between looking up all the spoilers to slake my curiosity or waiting and having fun speculating with a few of my friends. ;__;
        Revelations has a plot with twists everywhere. Way to go, Capcom, you successfully pulled off a mind-screw plotline.

        • There are files scattered around for your reading pleasure (there's actually one that's very obviously in the demo, but disabled so you can't interact with it - *SPOILER!!!111!!* it's a brief herb tutorial/introduction-ish thing... )

          The files I've bumped into so far have mainly been tutorials, but I've also found one that details the origin/construction of the ship (and its later retooling/upgrades and so forth.) and there's also one that's totally a nod to ITCHY TASTY (Keeper's Diary). Basically a diary where someone's documenting their own descent into madness and mutation.

          And, oh, the MAP is pretty awesome once you get it (3D map, Metroid Prime / Descent style, shows various things and even nicely color codes their lock insignias based on whether or not you've got the right key yet). Anyway, so far it doesn't seem like it's got an archive for all the files you discover as you go, but the tutorial files gets added to your key item list.

          • How are the puzzles? Varied or difficult in any fashion?

                So far I've only encountered electric panels like the ones in the eShop demo... but I wouldn't be surprised if there's something else showing later too.

                    • Question regarding the Circle Pad Pro controls. Is the setup basically the same as the Type C controls, but the second circle pad replaces the face buttons? I'm just curious if you still have to use the D-pad for quick turns and knife attacks, or if those are now mapped to the face buttons.

                      • So, how violent is the game? Capcom been trimming the gore back in ridiculous ways the past few years.
