I finished the translation myself. It's not perfect, but the general meaning is there. Has to be reviewed and checked.

    My name is Albert Wesker.
I went to the management training school in Raccoon City, a suburban town in the American Midwest, where I intended to be a researcher at the pharmaceutical company Umbrella. But I met my colleague William Birkin and decided to follow a different path in light of his unusual talent.
Soon he became the scientist who shouldered the heart of Umbrella, charged with research on the G-Virus, a further development of the T-Virus, and I conducted a variety of intelligence operations under the guise of S.T.A.R.S. Captain, Special Forces established by Umbrella in an eager attempt to please Raccoon City.
In return for our rewards, we entered into a secret agreement with Lord Ozwell E. Spencer, who was the leader of Umbrella, to betray our former teacher and head of the training school in those days, Dr. James Marcus.
    Spencer underestimated my true abilities.
However, the wrath of God descended.
That incident occurred in the mansion on the outskirts of Raccoon City and Umbrella made every effort in the cover-up.
    With that incident...

A series of bizarre murders occurred in the forest near the mansion.
The cause of the biohazard was the T-Virus leaking from Umbrella's laboratory in the mansion.
At first they ordered me secretly to stop S.T.A.R.S. from intervening in the incident, but eventually due to the heightened awareness of the citizens, we were forced to mobilize.
Umbrella knew it having felt the sense of danger. They feared that the incident would be exposed to the light of day.
Finally, the following orders came to me: "Lure S.T.A.R.S. to the mansion and kill them. And report the entire situation to headquarters to serve as combat data of the B.O.W.s during actual combat."

Therefore I dispatched Bravo Team to the S-point first.
Just what one would expect from the best among S.T.A.R.S., they bravely fought against the enemy at the cost of their own lives and helped me in collecting combat data.
I then dispatched the Alpha Team to search for the missing Bravo Team who did not return.
The Alpha Team also fought bravely and died one after another.
In the end, there were five survivors including Chris, Jill and Barry of the Alpha Team and Rebecca and Enrico from the Bravo Team.

This incident was a rare opportunity for me.
I would take the Tyrant and, under the cover of the confusion of the incident, make it a gift and move to the opposing company of Umbrella that I had previously received an invitation from.
If the 5 people who survived had high capability and vented it on the Tyrant, it would be a perfect present.
But the combat data of the Tyrant was required to sell it to the opposing company.
The collection of combat data and erasure of S.T.A.R.S. was killing two birds with one stone.
I decided to have a Judas (traitor) in the Alpha Team to guide them to the Tyrant. Judas (traitor) ...The true character was Barry.
The man's sense of justice was strong and he cherished his family more than anything.
This type is easy to manipulate. I just had to carefully take what he protected.
Although I was incorrect and Chris and Jill hid potential beyond anticipation, the betayal plan of Barry went smoothly.
    But the plan deviated.
S.T.A.R.S. Vice-captain and Bravo Team captain Enrico.
Popular for his strong sense of justice and the strength of his power of observation, he had discovered the truth.
I had to dispose of Enrico to hide the truth.
I used Barry and cornered him.

I successfully disposed of that nuisance and waited for the arrival of the sample specimens Barry would bring to me, in the Tyrant's room.
I injected the virus I received from Birkin in advance and released the seal of the Tyrant which Chris was looking at, allowed it to attack me and pretended to have died.
This method would have made it convenient to move to the opposing company.
According to Birkin's story, the virus had a tremendous effect, it would put me in a state of apparent death and then revive me, acquiring superhuman abilities.
The Tyrant attacked me, and as my consciousness faded as I died, I was certain of the success of the plan.

But the Tyrant was defeated at the hands of S.T.A.R.S.
I lost my greatest gift, and the plan I devised that cost me my humanity was ruined.
Now, those who interefere with me, no matter the hand, will be buried.
I've lived that way since. It will not change in the future.
By any means, I will corner S.T.A.R.S. and annihilate them!

Two months have gone by since the mansion incident.
In order to regain my ruined reputation in the new organization I joined, I decided to join forces with the female spy Ada who was sent into Umbrella by this same organization.
According to her information, Umbrella was nearing completion of the new G-Virus, but the researcher who developed it refused to hand it over to Umbrella.
I was sure that the developer was William Birkin.
Birkin did something reckless. He did not have fear of Umbrella.
Birkin would be killed, and the G-Virus would be collected by Umbrella.
I owed Birkin. I would help him and bring the G-Virus as a gift to my organization.
But the recovery unit led by HUNK began to move to recapture the G-Virus earlier than my plan, and Birkin was cornered and injected himself with the G-Virus, becoming a monster himself and annihilating the recovery unit.

Then the T-Virus carried by rats spread throughout Raccoon City, and Umbrella faced a worst-case scenario.
As the incident became a frenzy, Umbrella was working with the U.S. Government.
It was also clear that a new model B.O.W. called Nemesis developed by Umbrella Europe was deployed in to Raccoon City.
Our organization also needed to collect the Nemesis data.

    A new fact became clear.
In the old days, Birkin had told me that he hid the results of his research in his daughter Sherry's pendant.
The G-Virus could have been in her pendant also.
In the chaos of Raccoon City we had to find Sherry before Umbrella.
I let Ada infiltrate and find Sherry, while I as a dead man remained in the shadows.

A spy does not have emotions and must carry out their duty faithfully like a machine.
However, an affection was growing in Ada through her interaction with Leon.
I had a bad premonition. I had to hurry.

    My premonition proved correct.
After cornering Leon who received the pendant from Sherry, Ada chose her own death.
However, she still had some use.
I had to save her life.

We immediately hurried to recover the pendant which Leon threw away, but it was recovered by HUNK, the only survivor of the recovery unit sent by Umbrella.
Unavoidable. Our remaining option was to bring back Birkin who became a monster as an experimental specimen.
We re-deployed Birkin against Claire in order to obtain his combat data.

Although Birkin was defeated by Leon and Claire, we collected the G-Virus from his remaining body.

In order to prevent further virus infection, Raccoon City was bombed by the U.S. Government the next day.

Afterwards, Claire went to Europe alone to look for her older brother Chris, and Leon joined an underground anti-Umbrella organization along with Barry.
Sherry is in our hands now.
She is Birkin's daughter, there may still be something in this girl.
