The Regina gashapon (that's what they're called, the small capsule figs) actually has a variant/secret version. It has Regina posed with a handgun in one hand and a knife in the other iirc.

          Are you sure?
Mine came with an extra arm that is holding a knife, so I can easily swap it over (they come in several pieces that you click together to make the figure). But the knife is a long blue thing that looks a bit meh... I prefer her with the twin machine guns.

          • My bad. Type B only comes with a handgun in one hand.

              • nice pics from u.1025. makes me even more wish that i could open mine, but i like them momc, from my point of view, but i may change in the future. I love collectors who have all 3 nemesis. my type 3 should be here by next week i hope, it's been 5 days already . I've decided to get that leon without his coat, as i needed him to complete my neca series 1. I think collectors should add more pictures to this thread, as i've not seen some for awhile except today and there gr8 to look at the many things you can buy from all over the world. I'll add my small collection of about 12 figures, just so i can look back at in a years time and say "wow now i've got 30 or 40 figures". the link from dot seems interesting but i'm not a mini (chibi) collector when it comes to resident evil, only when it comes to final fantasy.

I find that normally after a polite email, most will ship to me outside of the US.

I'd have a bid on that if I was a bit richer. I think it's gonna cost the highest bidder a fair bit.

                    • Use hot water on the joints, It'll eventually be maliable(sp?) enough that you can fit them together. It'll take time

                      • Putting mine together was a real project. Had a pot of water simmering in the kitchen, so I could heat parts in that to bend them enough. I also had a few tiny files and sandpaper to shave some of the joints a bit thinner, and the sockets a bit bigger (the front tentacle was very tough). The hardest part for me was joining the two body parts (the bubbly but, and the back where the spines stick out). Had to heat the back part for about 10-15 minutes (in near boiling water).
I found it easier to heat just the join, not the whole part, because the rest of the part has to be somewhat rigid when you go to shove the two together.

Oh, I'm sure you know this, but put it together logically. Don't put the spines in first, because it makes it heaps harder to stuff the two body parts together.
                        Hope this helps.

                        • Hey and thanks for your posts, they seem to be working better. just have to comment that moby dick did a bad job with this project lol. i've got the front leg into the head part, now im going to put the head with the back part, which i can't see fitting together but will soon find out. btw i must ask, what set or figure did the body (back) part come with, as its HUGE and i couldn't see it fitting in any of the moby dick figures. Thanks again for the help. N.L x

                          • A little late, but I got all of these over a week ago (got it off Ebay) for my Xmas present (I passed up a 360 for this )

The question is... Should I open them?
