At least calling it kiddie makes me feel young.
Also, he proves like many others that he's the type of cheap person that wants all games in one console, even more so if he owns it already.

In an ideal world that would be nice, but gaming is a business and all consoles need something called variety and advantages to even be marketable.

I'm sorry Det. You're not so different from all those morons that still think and want more games for their PS2, just because they don't want to move on and spend the dough for a newer system to enjoy the future games they would like to own.

Either don't play the game or buy the system and the game, that's all there is to it. There's really no reason to blame the console for having a really good game, it's as if you want it to fail just because it's not going to be in the format you want it to be. You should be happy that the game exists at all, if it turns as a really good game.

Maybe if that game gets you to buy the system, you'll probably find other games/series you'll be interested in....it's happened to me many Console-Gens in the past.

Don't blame the system for having good games, that's all I'm saying.

I think you've missed my point. Yeah, I'm not thrilled about shelling out the cash to buy a new system that I probably won't play too many games on. But my point was that this game looks like a big console experience. I'm far more upset that I would have to buy a new console and play this awesome-looking game on a tiny screen with a hand cramp-inducing control scheme than I am that I would have to buy a new console and play this awesome-looking game. For example, I don't own a PS3, but if Revelations was a PS3 exclusive, I would most likely save up and purchase one. I know that I would get much more use out of a PS3 than a handheld which would most likely collect dust on my shelf. There are plenty of PS3 exclusives that I'm missing out on because I don't own that particular system, but you don't see me crying about it. I just don't like playing games like this on handhelds, which is simply my opinion. You don't have to like it.

As far as me being "cheap," I'd call it more frugal than anything else, so sue me for having responsible money-management skills. In this economy I sure as shit don't have the dough to buy every console and a bunch of $60 games to go with them, and I think I speak for the majority here (unless you're independently wealthy, spend all of your money on games, or are a child who's found daddy's credit card).
      Mass production? Ridiculous!

How many 3DS games have come out on the higher capacity cartridge? Were they also $50? If so, then I don't see a problem. If not, then there's definitely a problem here.

Honestly no. Knowing Capcom it'd be a quick and bad port that my PS Vita doesn't deserve. There's really no point in waiting unless they add a bunch of useful and entertaining content.
                And I don't wanna wait anymore, it's been a while since RE5.

I'm chuffed at the price. I mean, I need 2 3DS machines to play with someone, and two copies of this game. It's not on!

It also looks a lot like RE5 for sum reasoning.

...for some, weird, reason I can't PM you Frozen, so I'm posting here to tell you I removed your sig because it was stretching the forum. Sorry about that. It's a cool pic. Shrink it down to a better size and stick it back up.

Id pay that sort of cash for revelations, yes its slightly more expensive than id like but hell, if i had my way we'd be living in a magical world where everything is free and dinosaurs still exist. Of course I dont have a 3ds and probably wont be buying one for quite a while.

People are getting worked up over a potential $10 price difference?

If I learn about any US side citizens here that has some sort of bitchin' issue with that, but yet somehow still owns a Square-Enix title on their DS ... well ... You're the worst. Just sayin'. At least Capcom's got a pretty solid reason for this increased MSRP, unlike S-E that just set it at $10 higher than everyone else ... reason being ... because they were Square-Enix.

Ouch man. That hurts more than anything Archelon says my way.
